All actors except one are sent out of the room while the audience gives out suggestions for features in a house. Once the features have been set another actor enters the room while the actor who remained gives a tour of the house attempting to sell it. At any point during the tour the selling actor must also introduce their own added feature. Once the tour is completed with a time limit of one to two minutes, the next actor enters and the previous customer actor becomes the seller. They must try to give the same tour adding one other feature of their own during it. This continues until the last actor enters and after their tour is complete they must walk the audience through a tour of the whole house recapping everything that's been added.
